399tk Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal basis for operating the 399tk platform and all its services. These Terms apply between 399tk ("Company", "we", "us") and any registered or unregistered user ("you", "user").

These Terms have been prepared in both English and Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The date on which changes take effect will be shown in the "Last Updated" section above. Continuing to use the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

To create an account and use the services on 399tk, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Creating an account for anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• Each person may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of another person is not permitted.
• A valid mobile number and email address must be provided at the time of registration.

The Company reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason. The Company may request additional KYC documents at any time for identity verification, and has the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. Please keep the following in mind:

• Your login password must be kept strictly confidential. Do not share it with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact customer service immediately.
• Allowing third-party access to your account without authorization is prohibited.
• To update your account information, please contact the support team.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account due to inactivity or failure to cooperate with the verification process.

The following payment methods are currently supported on the 399tk platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• The deposit account must be registered in the user's own name — deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly; if there is a delay, please contact customer service.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• After receiving a bonus, wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made (see Section 5 for details).
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification is complete.

399tk offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. These apply only to eligible accounts and are subject to the following conditions:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Or deposit ৳34,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus received.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular players can advance to VIP tiers. There are five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following rules apply when using the betting services on 399tk:

• Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error or system failure, the stake will be refunded.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the rules for the related bet will be determined in accordance with the event provider's policy.
• Unusual betting behaviour or attempts to exploit system errors may result in bet cancellation and account suspension.
• The results of all games and sports bets will be considered final as per the Company's records.

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all funds will be seized:

• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using a fake or false identity.
• Using the platform for the purpose of illegal money laundering.
• Participating in match fixing or any fraudulent betting activity.
• Exploiting system or software errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating an account using third-party funds.
• Attempting to commit fraud or harassment against other users.

The company may carry out maintenance work to improve platform quality. During this time the service may be temporarily unavailable, and the company will not be held responsible for this.

11.1 Amendments to Terms

399tk reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered email address or a notice will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

11.2 Account Closure

The company may close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these terms.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
• If the user submits a self-exclusion request.

If there is a valid balance and identity verification has been completed, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw funds before the account is closed — however, this does not apply in cases of a breach of terms.
